These terms apply to purchases through the LINELLY store and should be read with the Terms of Service, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy. Nothing here limits mandatory rights under Indian consumer law.

Products and availability

Products are offered subject to availability. We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images and prices accurately. If a material error affects an order, we will handle cancellation or refund in accordance with applicable law.

Orders and payment

Orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance. Applicable prices, taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Payment is processed through available payment methods.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Dispatch is generally within 1–2 business days after order confirmation; delivery timing varies. Return requests for eligible items should be raised within 7 calendar days of delivery. Full details are in the Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.
