Return window

You may request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery for an eligible item. Contact us within this period to start the request. This policy does not limit rights or remedies available under mandatory consumer protection law.

Eligible reasons

Return requests may be made for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, and for eligible change-of-mind returns.

Change-of-mind returns

The item should be unused, undamaged and returned with original packaging, labels, accessories and included items. Items used, altered, damaged after delivery or returned incomplete may not qualify, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Product-specific restrictions must be disclosed before purchase and cannot override mandatory legal rights.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue. We will review the request and explain the appropriate resolution, which may include a return, replacement or refund as applicable.

How to request a return

Use Contact Us and provide your order number and reason for the request. Wait for instructions and the authorized return address before sending an item back.

Return shipping

For damaged, defective or incorrect items, we will communicate appropriate return arrangements. For eligible change-of-mind returns, any applicable return shipping responsibility or charges will be explained before the return is finalized.

Refunds

Where inspection is applicable, refunds are processed after the returned item is received and assessed and the refund is approved. Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method where supported. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider or financial institution.

Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. Cancellation may not be possible after dispatch. Eligible refunds will be handled according to applicable law and the order circumstances.
